Anything can be cancelled or moved even at short notice with no penalty. Only if I have turned up for a lesson and had no notice and nobody is there then 1 hour will be deducted from credit.
All lessons may be moved or time changed at short notice by me due to unforeseen circumstances. This will always be clearly communicated with as much notice as possible and rescheduled asap.
All lessons will be kept to the correct timing however due to traffic or any other reason maybe shorter or longer than expected and the next lesson time will be adjusted accordingly or a refund of appropriate time given.
All road traffic offences are solely the responsibility of the driver not the instructor. For example if a speeding offence is committed during a lesson or driving test the driver (pupil) is 100% responsible.
All lessons are recorded with dash cam and while every effort will be made by the instructor to prevent any accident if an accident occurs then responsibility is solely with the driver of the vehicle during lessons and tests.
No mobile device will be used by the instructor while the vehicle is in motion unless an emergency call is received or needs to be made (this will be hands free). There might be need to use the mobile phone by the instructor to communicate with family and pupils this will only be done when stationary and engine is switched off and will be clearly communicated to the pupil.
